Withdrawal, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

The client may withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of the purchase. Sessions start from day 15 unless the client asks to start sooner. A client who starts sooner and then withdraws pays only for the sessions already given.

To withdraw, or to ask for a refund, the client writes to c.morales@quantsolvings.com.

Refund of sessions not given

Until 21 days after the first session given, any session not given is refunded at the package's price per session: the amount paid, VAT included, divided by the number of sessions in the package.

For example, an eight-session level paid at €968 (€800 plus VAT), withdrawn after three sessions have been given, refunds €605.

This applies to every buyer, private or business. Refunds are paid within 14 days of the request, by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Validity

Each level and a block of eight tailored sessions are valid for six months from payment, a single tailored session for six months, and the Full Program for eighteen months. Sessions left at the end are extended or refunded, never lost.

What counts as a session given

A session counts as given when it is held, or when it is missed without notice (a no-show).

Canceling or moving a session

A session can be canceled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, the session is used.

Exceptional circumstances

In a genuine emergency, please contact Quant Solvings as soon as possible. In exceptional circumstances, Quant Solvings may give the session back.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a level, the Full Program or tailored sessions, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
