Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations and refunds

Coaching sessions may be canceled and refunded only when the cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours before the first scheduled coaching session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

No-shows

If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered delivered and fully charged.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost provided that notice is given at least two hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests communicated with less than two hours' notice may be treated as a no-show.

Exceptional circumstances

In the event of unforeseen emergencies, please contact Quant Solvings as soon as possible. Such cases will be reviewed at the firm's discretion.

Acknowledgment

By booking a coaching session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
