Objeto social y ámbito de los servicios

Conforme al objeto social que consta en la escritura de constitución debidamente inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Quant Solvings, S.L. se dedica a la prestación de servicios de consultoría, análisis, planificación y apoyo en materia de organización, estrategia y gestión económica, contable, financiera y administrativa, así como a la elaboración de estudios, informes y planes de viabilidad o de negocio, a la asistencia a empresas y particulares en la optimización de recursos y procesos, y a la organización, impartición y comercialización de cursos, seminarios, talleres, conferencias y acciones formativas, presenciales u online, en materias de dirección, administración, economía, finanzas, tributación y demás disciplinas afines, así como al desarrollo y venta de contenidos didácticos, manuales, guías, herramientas y materiales relacionados con las actividades anteriores.

El objeto social excluye expresamente, conforme a la escritura de constitución de la Sociedad, la realización de actividades reservadas a empresas de servicios de inversión y la prestación de asesoramiento financiero individualizado sobre instrumentos financieros regulados.

Ausencia de autorización como empresa de servicios de inversión

Quant Solvings, S.L. NO está autorizada por la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) ni por ninguna otra autoridad competente para la prestación de servicios y actividades de inversión en el sentido del Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, ni de la Directiva 2014/65/UE (MiFID II) ni de la Ley 6/2023, de 17 de marzo, de los Mercados de Valores y de los Servicios de Inversión.

En particular, Quant Solvings, S.L. no presta ninguno de los siguientes servicios:

• Recepción y transmisión de órdenes de clientes en relación con uno o más instrumentos financieros.
• Ejecución de órdenes por cuenta de clientes.
• Negociación por cuenta propia.
• Gestión discrecional e individualizada de carteras de inversión.
• Asesoramiento en materia de inversión, entendido como la prestación de recomendaciones personalizadas a un cliente, ya sea a petición de éste o por iniciativa de la empresa, con respecto a una o más operaciones relativas a instrumentos financieros.
• Aseguramiento, colocación, custodia o administración de instrumentos financieros.

Los servicios de Quant Solvings, S.L. son estrictamente técnicos, educativos y de consultoría sobre metodologías sistemáticas de inversión y sobre la plataforma Portfolio123. Cualquier contenido publicado en este sitio web o entregado en el contexto de una relación contractual con la Sociedad tiene carácter informativo, educativo y técnico, y en ningún caso constituye recomendación de inversión, asesoramiento financiero, análisis financiero, oferta o solicitud de compra o venta de instrumento financiero alguno, ni asesoramiento jurídico, fiscal o contable.

Responsabilidad por decisiones de inversión

Las decisiones de inversión adoptadas por cualquier persona sobre la base de información obtenida del presente sitio web o en el marco de una relación contractual con Quant Solvings, S.L. son responsabilidad exclusiva del decisor. The owner is Quant Solvings, S.L. (the "Company", "Quant Solvings" or the "Owner"), a Spanish limited liability company with company tax identification code (CIF) B23884216 and registered office at Calle Antonio Larrazábal 12, Apartamento 307, 28043 Madrid, Spain. The Company is registered with the Mercantile Registry of Madrid under Sheet M-866066, Entry 1 (IRUS / EUID 1000459419475 · ES28065.082407218); it operates under NACE code 6619 (other activities auxiliary to financial services, except insurance and pension funding); it commenced operations on 2 October 2025; and it has a share capital of €3,000, fully paid up. Corporate purpose and scope of services

In accordance with the corporate purpose set out in the deed of incorporation and duly registered with the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Quant Solvings, S.L. provides consulting, analysis, planning and support services in matters of organization, strategy and economic, accounting, financial and administrative management; the preparation of studies, reports and viability or business plans; the assistance of companies and individuals in the optimization of resources and processes; and the organization, delivery and commercialization of courses, seminars, workshops, conferences and training activities, in-person or online, in the fields of management, administration, economics, finance, taxation and related disciplines, as well as the development and sale of educational content, manuals, guides, tools and materials related to the foregoing activities.

The corporate purpose expressly excludes, as recorded in the company's deed of incorporation, the performance of any activities reserved to investment service firms and the provision of individualized financial advice on regulated financial instruments.

No authorization as an investment service firm

Quant Solvings, S.L. is NOT authorized by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) or by any other competent authority to provide investment services or activities within the meaning of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015 of 23 October approving the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II), or of Spanish Law 6/2023 of 17 March on the Securities Markets and Investment Services.

In particular, Quant Solvings, S.L. does not provide any of the following services:

• Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.
• Execution of orders on behalf of clients.
• Dealing on own account.
• Discretionary and individual portfolio management.
• Investment advice, understood as the provision of personalized recommendations to a client, either at the client's request or at the initiative of the firm, in respect of one or more transactions relating to financial instruments.
• Underwriting, placing, safekeeping or administration of financial instruments.

The services of Quant Solvings, S.L. are strictly technical, educational and consultative in nature, focused on systematic investment methodologies and the Portfolio123 platform.
